In Cape Town, we offer same-day delivery on in-stock items ordered before 11pm. Outside Cape Town, most items in stock ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days within South Africa. Pre-order items typically arrive within 3-4 weeks as we source directly from our Korean suppliers to ensure authenticity and freshness.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over R500. Orders under R500 have a flat shipping fee of R85.

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to monitor your package's journey.

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@k-vanity.co.za with your order number. We'll investigate and either resend your package or issue a refund.

Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We're working on expanding to other countries soon.

Products & Authenticity

Yes, 100%. We source directly from authorized Korean distributors and beauty suppliers. Every product comes sealed in its original packaging with proper batch codes. We never stock counterfeit or expired products.

All our products include original Korean packaging with batch codes and manufacturing dates printed on the box. You can verify authenticity by checking the batch code on the brand's official website or contacting the brand directly—we're happy to help you do this.

We import directly from Korea, cutting out middlemen and their markups. We pass these savings on to you while maintaining authentic product quality. This is why we're competitive without compromising on genuine goods.

Orders & Payments

If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we may be able to cancel or modify it. After that, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Contact support@k-vanity.co.za immediately if you need help.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened, unused products in original packaging for a full refund. Opened or damaged products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Email us at support@k-vanity.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We'll replace it or issue a full refund right away, and we'll cover return shipping costs.
